Maintaining a Chapter
Semester Requirements
- You must hold at least one event per semester. Events that meet this criteria can be anything from a fundraising event on campus to a microfinance awareness event around the city where your university is located. For ideas about different kinds of events, check out the Ideas Kit.
- Your chapter must have made at least one loan.
- Your chapter must have recruited at least two new members.
- Send Campus Kiva an updated roster, and constitution.
- Send Campus Kiva an evaluation of the past semester’s operations. Here is a Semester Evaluation template.
- Send Campus Kiva a draft of next semester’s plan. Here is a Semester Agenda template.
- Please visit the Semester Update page in order to upload your updated roster, constitution, Semester Evaluation, and Semester Agenda.
